Line 16 of the ALI screen displays the LEC / VPC responsible for the telephone number. The Verizon 9-1-1 Database Management Center will only accept 'State of New Jersey PSAP Inquiry Forms', where Verizon is shown as the LEC. All other forms must be forwarded to the responsible LEC, by the PSAP. The following table lists OETS approved CLEC / VPCs, currently operating in New Jersey, as well as contact and fax numbers.
