The North Jersey Price is the price for Bergen and Union counties plus the $0.20/cwt processor assessment. The two largest plants in the state, Tuscan Dairy, and Farmland Dairies are located in these counties. The price at these two plants corresponds to the price at plants located in New York City. A $0.035 MA assessment also included.The South Jersey Price is the price for Burlington and Cumberland counties plus the $0.20/cwt processor assessment. This is the price for milk delivered to Cumberland Farms, Florence, NJ and Cumberland Dairy, Rosenhayn, NJ. The South Jersey price corresponds to the price at plants in Philadelphia.A $0.03 MA assessment also included. All prices are at 3.5 percent butterfat content.
