public hearing on the re-proposed new rule, N.J.A.C.
2:85, concerning the procedure for the application
and awarding of leases of state owned lands for agricultural
production. This re-proposal was published in the
March 1, 1999, New Jersey Register.
public hearing will be held on Thursday, May 13,
from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Board Room at the
New Jersey Department of Agriculture, John Fitch
Plaza, Trenton. Persons wishing to send written comments
