To Search:

1. Fill in search options:
   • AAA Case Number - Optional. Enter full case number, no partial numbers, or leave blank.
     Example: 18Z60999999

   • Insurance Claim # - Optional. Enter full claim number, no partial numbers, or leave blank.
     Example: 08089997N1

   • Respondent Name - Optional. Using the arrows on the right of the list, scroll to your choice. Click only one name.

   • DRP Name - Optional. Using the arrows on the right of the list, scroll to your choice. Click only one name.

   • Nature of Dispute - Optional. One or more items can be selected from the list. Scroll to and click on your first choice. To select additional items, scroll to each item, hold the control key, and click on the additional item. A single list item does not have to have all the selected options to be considered a match.
     

   • Award Date - Optional. You may select a From Date, a To Date or both dates to restrict results to a date set. If you select any part of a date, you must include all three elements of the date (Month, Day, Year).
     Example: To restrict the results to only the first half of 2002, set the From Date to January 01, 2002, and the To Date to June 30, 2002. To display only items for the Year 2003, set the From Date to January 01, 2003; no To Date is needed.

2. Click the Start Search button.

• Search results or a not-found message will be displayed.

• CAUTION! This function does not display results as rapidly as a search with some restrictions set. It may take several minutes for this data to display.

• Click the Reset button. All fields will be blank.
