The New Jersey Casino Control Act requires casinos, all gaming-related employees, and vendors who do regular and continuing business with casino hotels to obtain licenses from the Casino Control Commission.

If you are interested in doing business with or selling goods or services to a casino, select Vendors from the right hand menu for information about license applications.

If you are interested in getting a job with an Atlantic City casino hotel, select Employees from the right hand menu for information about license applications. If you are interested in applying for a license to own and/or operate a casino, or if you are a qualifier or an officer of a casino licensee, select Casinos from the right hand menu for more information.

If you are looking for a specific form or application that you know the name of, you can access a list of all our licensing forms from the right hand menu.
