Board of Directors
The Capital City Redevelopment Corporation (CCRC) Board of Directors includes four ex-officio members: the Mayor of the City of Trenton, the State Treasurer, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation and the Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs; and seven public members, four of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor of the City of Trenton and three of whom shall be appointed by the Governor with the three gubernatorial appointed members being subject to the advice and consent of the Senate. One of the gubernatorial appointments must be a business owner In the City of Trenton and one must be a business owner in the County of Mercer.

Typically, the CCRC Board of Directors meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 2:00 pm, except for holidays. However, that meeting schedule can vary. The meetings are held at the CCRC Offices at 135 West Hanover Street in the 1st Floor Conference Room and open to the public.
