RFP 2009-X-20382 SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES (SUVs)
The Division of Purchase and Property is issuing an addendum to the above-captioned Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to comply with the New Jersey Administrative Code. Specifically, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:27-29.3(a), effective January 1, 2009, all passenger cars and light duty trucks with 8,500 lb. or less gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) delivered under a State contract must be equipped with an emissions system that is certified by the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
