Please note that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ contract for "ESRI GIS Software and Services". Information regarding the contract may be found on the Massachusetts website at:

Massachusetts ESRI GIS Software and Services Contract

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the Massachusetts' contract in the June-July 2010 timeframe.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts' contract has a term of 1/1/2009 through 12/31/2010, with an option for extension through 12/31/2011.

The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
