Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:34-12(f), prices of bid proposals for requests for proposals providing for negotiation including best and final offers will not be publicly read at bid openings nor will the bid proposals be available for public inspection and copying. Only the names and addresses of the bidders will be provided. Copies of all documents relating to the procurement, including bid proposals, will not be available until after the Notice of Intent to Award is issued.
