If you have any questions regarding your pension, including pension loans, you are able to check into this information on your own by registering with the Member Benefits Online System (MBOS). Below is step-by-step instructions as to how to find all of this information online including creating a log in. Council 18 Return to Work Form Pursuant to an agreement between the City of Millville and Civil Service Association Cumberland Council No. 18, any employee who is absent from their work duties for five days or more, but less than ten days must submit the below Return to Work Form completed by the employee's treating doctor, which states clearly that the employee can return to work "with no employment 'restrictions' or 'conditions". |
