The Mercer County Office of Economic Development & Sustainability provides a number of different programs to help small businesses to succeed in the county.


The Small Business Counseling Program assists established entrepreneurs and start-up small businesses to operate and maintain successful businesses.

In 2005, the County created the Latino Business Institute, which educates Latino business owners on how to improve business practices, achieve financial success and launch their businesses.

The Mercer County Loan Fund is a revolving loan fund that provides between $25,000 to $125,000 for start-up and expanding businesses in Mercer County.
