The Department of Purchasing is located at 640 South Broad Street, Room 109 in Trenton, New Jersey. Goods and services are procured through quote, bid or request for proposal. Upon advertising for bids or proposals, The Department of Purchasing sends specifications by vendor request or to vendors currently registered on the vendor list. Bids and proposals are opened publicly in the Mercer County McDade Administration Building.
