Mercer County’s Constitutional Officers, Clerk Paula Sollami Covello, Sheriff Kevin Larkin, and Surrogate Diane Gerofsky, announced the winners of the 2010 elementary school poster contest for the County. The “My County” poster contest, sponsored by the Constitutional Officers Association of New Jersey (COANJ) to promote awareness of Mercer County’s attractions, was open to local fourth graders.

WINNERS FOR MERCER COUNTY
1st – Clara Ruggieri, Mercerville Elementary School, Hamilton
2nd – Christopher King, Mercerville Elementary School, Hamilton
3rd – Sophia Lo, Stony Brook Elementary School, Pennington
The Constitutional Officers Association of New Jersey (COANJ) was organized in 1920 to establish a cooperative effort among County Clerks, Sheriffs, and Surrogates to improve services rendered to their respective counties.
