The Mercer County Board of Chosen Freeholders recently passed a resolution designating March 14-20, 2010 as “Family and Community Health Sciences-Living Well Week.” Michelle Brill, M.P.H., a Family and Community Health Sciences Educator at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Mercer County accepted the resolution. Ms. Brill also gave a brief presentation regarding the initiatives of her Department promoting healthy lifestyles for Mercer’s families through educational classes, workshops, seminars, publications and website.
