Course Description

Change is an inevitable.  Sometimes it can be an obstacle in the workplace.  While some people see change as an exciting opportunity for growth, others find it as a situation that leads to stress and resistance.  This one-day course provides participants with the strategies for facilitating change, reducing resistance to change, and managing conflict resulting from change.

Learning objectives include:

  • Understanding how change affects people
  • Applying the steps and processes to respond constructively to change
  • Discovering that change could be an opportunity for self-motivation and innovation
  • Identifying the strategies for helping others accept and implement change
