Introduction:

The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to the responsible bidder whose proposal, conforming to this RFP is most advantagious to the State, price and other factors considered. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals to secure a local advertising agency for the purpose of developing and running the advertisements campaign in local print, electronic media (radio) and online outlets.
