Hazard Control Assistance Fund Proposed Amendments
The Department of Community Affairs, Housing and Community
Resources, Indoor Environmental Hazards Unit (DCA) administers
the Lead Hazard Control Act (LHCA) Fund. The DCA is recommending
several amendments to the LHCA rules in order to assist the
DCA in accomplishing the goals of the LHCA. Lead Hazard Control
Assistance Fund Proposed Amendments:
- N.J.A.C. 5:48-1.2, 2.1 through 2.4, 2.6, 2.9, 2.11 through
2.14, 2.15, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.5.
- Proposed Repeals and New Rules: N.J.A.C. 5:48-2.7, 2.8
and 3.4.
- Proposed New Rules: N.J.A.C. 5:48-2.16, 2.17 and 2.18,
and 4.1 and 4.2.
A 60-day comment period on this notice of proposal, this
notice is excepted from the rulemaking calendar requirement
pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-3.3(a)5. View

The Department of Health and Senior Services, in consultation
with the Public Health Council, is proposing to readopt the
administrative rules at N.J.A.C. 8:51, Childhood Lead Poisoning,
with amendments, new rules, and repeals. The notice of proposal
