The Office of Local Code Enforcement provides for the administration and enforcement of the State Uniform Construction Code in those municipalities (listed below) having requested the Dept. of Community Affairs (DCA) to do so.
Services provided include receiving and providing guidance on Construction Permit applications, review of construction plans, issuance of Construction Permits, performing required inspections, and issuing Certificates and Orders, were necessary.

Construction Code Enforcement services are provided through  our Northern and Southern Regional Offices.
