The current Smart Growth Locator has been enhanced and renamed to become the Site Evaluator. 

The Site Evaluator is an interactive mapping tool that offers a response to Smart Growth and program eligibility inquiries.

This new tool can be used to report not only if a project is located in a Smart Growth Area, but also if the project is eligible for various HMFA financing programs. For more information about Smart Growth, visit the Office of Smart Growth.
