NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, 637 South Clinton Avenue, P.O. Box 18550, Trenton, New Jersey 08650-2085 on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for the following:

REBID FOR ENERGY BENCHMARKING CONSULTANT

No bids will be received after the bid closing date and time.  The Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
