NOTICE TO BIDDERS

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, 637 South Clinton Avenue, P.O. Box 18550, Trenton, New Jersey 08650-2085 on Friday, March 12, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for the following:

PROGRAM CONSULTANT FOR MULTI-FAMILY WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM

A mandatory pre-bid conference/walk thru is scheduled for Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency located at 637 South Clinton Avenue, Trenton, NJ.   Please call 609-278-7573 to advise of your attendance. Only bids submitted by vendors who attend this meeting will be accepted.

No bids will be received after the bid closing date and time.  The Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
