Conflict Resolution and Dispute Mediation
Within the limited context of land use issues, LPS is available to provide services that focus on non-court mitigated resolutions of conflicts related to local land use matters. A neutral, skilled third person (the mediator) will help the parties in a dispute over land use related issues reach a mutually acceptable agreement and move forward in a positive and productive direction.
