Our department was created on July 1, 2006, to better focus the state’s efforts to improve the lives of children and families. Since then our department has undergone a transformation, fundamentally reforming its culture and work. We are indeed proud to celebrate a decade of excellence serving New Jersey.
As part of our celebration, department employees are conducting community service projects around the state, furthering our commitment to the success of New Jersey communities.
