|DCF will provide up to $19,500 per eligible family to agencies that are awarded SRAP vouchers. DCF’s funds are for supportive services and case management. Family identification will be done in partnership with the grantee, similar to DCF’s existing Keeping Families Together pilot sites. Please note that head of household must meet the chronically homeless families or homeless Veteran families per DCA’s RFP.

Domestic violence victims spend months juggling court dates, attorney meetings, counseling, medical appointments, housing, child care, work, and more while trying to keep themselves and their family safe.
The New Jersey Division on Women's Safety and Accountability Initiative aims to create a streamlined process that provides one holistic coordinated response for victims and survivors, ensuring their safety and holding offenders accountable.
The Division on Women at the Department of Children and Families seeks dedicated partners, stakeholders, and community members to join us in this transformative project. It is a big and bold undertaking that needs your expertise and support.
Please join us by applying to the Safety and Accountability Pilot Program (click HERE for application). The application can be electronically submitted. Click “enable editing”, and complete the entire form, including the commitment page. The application deadline is Wednesday, February 24th at 12:00pm. The application packet includes detailed instructions.
