Please note:  The Department adopted the repeal of this program on February 25, 2004.  This repeal will be effective upon publication of the adoption in the New Jersey Register on April 5, 2004 and will be operative on April 25, 2004.  You can view the proposal and adoption of this repeal on the "what's new" and proposal and adoption pages of the Air Quality Management Regulatory Development website or navigate there from  www.nj.gov/dep/aqm.
