The Air Quality Permitting Program is announcing a new general permit entitled:  "Fuel Dispensing Facilities".  The General Permit is replacing the current GP-004, "Storage and Transfer of Service Station Fuels at Gasoline Dispensing Facilities", and GP-014, "Stage 1 for Storage and Transfer of Service Station Fuels at Small Gasoline Distributors".
The Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment is scheduled to be published in the 21st of May, 2012 issue of the New Jersey Register.  There is a 30 day public comment period.
