Public Comment Process

DEP encourages public participation in the development of the draft municipal public access plan and the rules ensure that the draft plan upon submittal to DEP is afforded a 30 day Public Comment Period. DEP reviews and considers the public comments in its review of the draft Plan for approval or revisions.
