WHEREAS, on September 27,1999, I, Robert C. Shinn, Commissioner, declared the entire State of New Jersey to be in "Drought Warning" condition,

WHEREAS, precipitation since that time has increased water supply reservoir storage levels, stream flows, and ground water levels,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Robert C. Shinn, Commissioner, pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Water Supply Management Act, N.J.S.A. 58:1A-1 et seq., and its supporting regulations, hereby adopt the following Order, which shall supercede Administrative Order 1999-12:

1. The "Drought Warning" condition is terminated for the entire State of New Jersey.
2. This Order shall not be construed to supercede any water use restrictions imposed by a municipality, county or applicable water supplier.
