New Jersey recycles RESPONSIBLY
Each manufacturer must ensure to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) that electronic devices are recycled in a manner that is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances.
Manufacturers must also ensure that these devices are not exported for disposal in a manner that poses a risk to the public health or the environment.
