Wastewater Beneficial Reuse General Permit (ABR)
This general permit authorizes distribution of Reclaimed Water for Beneficial Reuse (RWBR) for restricted access applications. Such applications include sanitary sewer jetting, street sweeping, sewage treatment plant washdown, fire protection, irrigation of landscaping within a secured parimeter and certain industrial processes. All facilities applying to distribute treated wastewater for restricted access RWBR must also have a valid NJPDES discharge permit to receive authorization.
