Loan Administration and Payments
(Loan Administration; Interim & Final Payments; Accounting System and Financial Management)
This unit monitors the financial integrity for the following programs: New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program (NJIFP) which includes federal and state bond act monies, the Pinelands Infrastructure Fund, and the Sewage Infrastructure Improvement Act Program (SIIAP). This unit is also responsible for maintaining a continuous cash flow to recipients by reviewing interim and final payments, conducting interim and final accounting system reviews and assisting the recipient in the overall financial management of the project.
