Documents Pertaining To the 9/21/14 West Milford Fatal Bear Attack

On September 21, 2014, a fatal predatory black bear attack occured in West Milford, Passaic County, resulting in the death of a 22-year old male, Darsh Patel. The attack took place in the Apshawa Preserve, a 576-acre nature preserve cooperatively managed by the New Jersey Conservation Foundation and Passaic County.
