The Hunter Education Workbook is a separate booklet and must be completed prior to attending the field session and exam and is required for admission to the session.

The Hunter Education DVD/Video is available at participating license agents and vendors or online.

STUDY GUIDE and WORKBOOK INSTRUCTIONS

All students must complete the workbook and bring it with them to their hunter education class. Not all chapters of the Study Guide and Workbook need to be read and completed - the chapters required to be completed in the study guide and workbook are listed below:

Chapters 1 - 6: Must be completed by all students
Chapter 7: Shotgun students only
Chapters 8 - 9: Rifle/Muzzleloader students only
Chapter 10: Bow and Arrow students only
Chapter 11: Must be completed by all students

The workbook must be completed by all students and taken to their class. Students arriving without a completed workbook will not be allowed to complete the class.
