Turkey Permit Information - Pickup Begins Monday, March 6

Those awarded permits in the Spring Turkey Permit Lottery can begin claiming them on Monday, March 6. An e-mail sent by Active Outdoors erroneously had February 29 as the date pickup began. The permit pickup deadline was also incorrect in the e-mail; the correct deadline date is Monday, March 27.

Permits can be claimed at license agents and online. Hunters can check the status of their application on the license website. Those awarded two permits must purchase both or forfeit them. Any unclaimed and leftover permits will go on sale Monday, April 3 at 10 a.m.
