In response to Hurricane Sandy, the Division has gathered in one place information on post storm recovery and reconstruction activities providing guidance on what is regulated, what is not regulated, and what permits, if any, are necessary in order to make the process of recovery and reconstruction easier.
NOTICE: On April 16, 2013, the Department adopted emergency amendments, repeals and new rules to the Coastal Permit Program rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7, and Coastal Zone Management rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7E. and also filed a concurrent proposal to make these changes permanent.
