The official, legally effective version of this adoption is set forth in the February 7, 2000 issue of the New Jersey Register. Should there be any discrepancies between this text and the official version of the adoption, the official version will govern.

 The online version of the rule has been formatted for easier use via the Web. Thus, the arrangement of the texts may vary somewhat from the print version.

 The links for HTML files can be readily browsed online. Many of the rule's sections are not available in HTML format.

PDF Links

 

The PDF files require a free PDF viewer available from Adobe. Some browsers will display PDF pages online if the PDF viewer is installed on one's system. The PDF files can be downloaded for viewing and printing on your system. For the map graphics, the PDF format - - if available - - gives better rendition of fine details.
