Office of Record AccessThe Office of Record Access (ORA) receives all Open Public Record Act (OPRA) record requests, determines whether a request is complete, assigns requests to the appropriate DEP Program Area's Assistant Commissioner Record Custodians (ACRCs), makes policy/legal determinations, notifies requesters of the outcome of requests, and makes arrangements for access of the records (e.g. File Reviews, Copying or Faxing). ORA also provides efficient access to the Site Remediation Program’s government records. ORA performs effective processes to identify and collect all records to satisfy a Public, State, Federal or internal government record request.
