Wildland Interface Hazard Assessment

Homes within New Jersey’s wildland interface can pose a significant challenge for firefighters to protect when a wildfire occurs. There may even be times when firefighters cannot protect all the homes threatened. Access, location, defensible space and home construction may determine whether or not a structure is defendable. Improve your home’s chance of surviving a wildfire by taking the Wildland Interface Hazard Assessment.
