NOTICE OF READOPTION WITH AMENDMENTS
Division of Fish and Wildlife rules; Endangered Species List, Nongame Species List, N.J.A.C. 7:25-4.1, 4.13, 4.17
Take notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Fish and Wildlife is proposing amendments to N.J.A.C. 7:25-4 to delete certain status terms and definitions of nongame wildlife and add new status terms and definitions at N.J.A.C. 7:25-4.1; to amend the list of endangered wildlife at N.J.A.C. 7:25-4.13, and to make changes to the list and statuses of nongame wildlife at N.J.A.C. 7:25-4.17. The new terms and definitions apply to the proposed amended list of nongame wildlife at N.J.A.C. 7:25-4.17. The list of endangered wildlife and the list and status of nongame wildlife are referenced by several other Department of Environmental Protection regulations and therefore the proposed amendments may impact the administration of those regulations.
The proposal is scheduled to be published in the New Jersey Register dated January 18, 2011. Be advised that there may be a fee for obtaining a copy of the proposal from some sources.
