Interim Rules Implementing the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA)

The SRRA rule package is a special adoption that was effective upon filing with the Office of Administrative Law on November 4, 2009.  These new and amended rules are the Department’s interim rules to implement the Site Remediation Reform Act and are scheduled to expire on May 4, 2011.  This rule package includes the following (not in citation order):
