The Request for Stakeholder Input -Step 2 concerning the ARRCS rule has been posted on the SRP Web site at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/request_stakeholder_input.htm. This step requests stakeholder input concerning ARRCS issues that were identified during Step 1 of the process that was posted on the SRP website on February 23, 2010. Please note that the Department is requesting responses to these issues be submitted by close of business on May 17, 2010. |
