[SRRA] RPS Feedback Form Submission Extension to September 30, 2012

The Site Remediation Program has extended the deadline for the submission of accurate and complete data on the RPS Feedback Form to the Department from August 31, 2012 to September 30, 2012. This is limited to the revised information SRP is allowing Persons Responsible for Conducting the Remediation (PRCRs) to submit: 1) Site Location Coordinates , 2) Actual Extent Areas (ground water, soil and vapor), 3) Contaminant Pathway Information and 4) Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) that are not in SRP's system. PRCRs and the LSRPs retained for their sites can properly close the Soil, Ground Water, Vapor Intrusion and/or Ecological Evaluation Pathways on the RPS Feedback Form with current data based on the professional judgment of the LSRP retained for the site.
