The Department has updated the "Historic Fill and Diffuse Anthropogenic Pollutants Technical Guidance" technical guidance.

* The technical document will now only describe the investigation of historic fill (www.nj.gov/dep/srp/guidance/srra/historic_fill_guidance.pdf). Please note that this is a new web address; if you previously created an internet shortcut to this document, please replace it with this web address.

* Administrative issues regarding diffuse anthropogenic pollution (DAP) can be found at (www.nj.gov/dep/srp/guidance/srra/dap_guidance.pdf).

* Technical issues regarding the identification and investigation of DAP are being addressed by the stakeholder committee addressing "Offsite Source Investigation/Documentation" (www.nj.gov/dep/workgroups/srp.html#off_site_source).
