[SRRA]: Updated Technical Guidances available - Commingled Plume and Preliminary Assessment

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Department) would like to announce that the Commingled Plume Technical Guidance Document (version 1.1, March 2018) and the Preliminary Assessment Technical Guidance (Version 1.3, March 2018) have been revised.

The updates to the Preliminary Assessment Technical Guidance were minor, such as clarification of the intent of the guidance, updated references to other guidance documents, and a new section identifying DataMiner and GeoWeb as resources.

The revisions to the Commingled Plume Technical Guidance Document include minor wording changes to increase clarity, the deletion of the Neutral Party Technical Arbitration section, and updated references to websites and legislation.
