[SRRA]: Updated Model Deed Notice/Model Termination of Deed Notice available

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) has updated the Model Deed Notice and Model Termination of Deed Notice.

There have been issues with some county and municipal clerks regarding how to indicate a return address of the Forms. The NJDEP has added a standalone text box at the top of each Form, where the return address information is to be entered.

The updated forms are available on the NJDEP's website at www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms/.
