NJDEP staff will give an overview of the Department’s new Receptor Evaluation and IEC requirements that were adopted in the Technical Rules in November 2009.
Presenters will cover the following:

- Overview of IEC tools
- Review of regulatory and mandatory timeframes
- Receptor evaluation and IEC reporting requirements
