Current Status of the 2012 Integrated Report:
The 2012 Draft 303(d) List of Water Quality Limited Waters (303(d) List) is now available for public review and comment. The 303(d) List and related documents may be downloaded from the links below.
The Draft 2012 Assessment Unit Summary List (Integrated List), 303(d) List, and Delisted Waters reports were all generated using USEPA's Assessment Database (ADB) report format. Click on the fact sheet below for assistance in using this format.

2012 Assessment Unit Summary List 
A public notice proposing the 2012 Draft 303(d) List as an amendment to the Statewide Water Quality Management Plan, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:15, was published in the July 2, 2012 New Jersey Register. The draft 2012 303(d) List was developed using the final 2012 Methods Document and readily available data submitted in response to the Department’s notice of data solicitation published on April 4, 2011 (see 43 N.J.R. 887(a)).
Interested persons may submit comments on the 2012 Draft 303(d) List via email to debra.hammond@dep.state.nj.us or by regular mail to Debra Hammond at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Water Monitoring and Standards, Bureau of Water Quality Standards and Assessment, P.O. Delaware River and Bay Water Quality Assessment
Delaware River waters are assessed by the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC). DRBC's 2012 Water Quality Assessment Report should be available in the near future on the DRBC Web site at http://www.nj.gov/drbc/.
