5th Annual Volunteer Monitoring Summit
November 29 and 30, 2007
Camden County Boathouse at Cooper River
7050 North Park Drive, Pennsauken, NJ 08109
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, in partnership with the Watershed Watch Network and Camden County, is host to this annual two-day event which will feature two of our national volunteer monitoring partners. This year's theme is "Linking government and the public to better protect New Jersey's water resources."
Presentation topics will include current monitoring projects, volunteer and state program overviews, and effective communication tools. Come learn about new Departmental policies, web-based data management system, and monitoring efforts at the local, state and federal levels. This is a great networking opportunity for all involved in water monitoring efforts in NJ.
