Insurance Premium Finance Company

An insurance premium finance company license is required to engage in the business of entering into insurance premium finance agreements or acquiring premium finance agreements from insurance agents or insurance brokers.

The governing statute is the New Jersey Insurance Premium Finance Company Act  N.J.S.A.17:16D‑1 et. seq.
