Life Policy Locator Service

If you believe that a deceased loved one may have purchased life insurance coverage but cannot find the policy or annuity contract, New Jersey consumers may now use the Life Insurance Policy Locator Service developed in conjunction with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) to help find the lost policy of a loved one.

Individuals who believe that they are beneficiaries, as well as executors and legal representatives of the deceased individual, can submit a request to life insurance companies to search for a missing life insurance policy or annuity contract.
